Policy on Fighting & Rough Play:
Trampoline Park Rules Against Fighting, Bullying, and Aggressive Behavior
1. No Fighting or Physical Aggression: Physical fighting, violence, or aggressive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited within the trampoline park. This includes pushing, shoving, hitting, kicking, or engaging in any other form of physical altercation. Such behavior is dangerous and will result in immediate removal from the park and potential banning.
2. Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Any form of bullying, whether verbal, physical, or emotional, is not allowed. This includes teasing, name-calling, threats, exclusion, ouest. Those found bullying others will face immediate disciplinary.
3. Harassment: Using offensive language, threats, or demeaning comments towards other guests will not be tolerated. This includes any behavior that causes distress or makes others feel unsafe. Guests engaging in such conduct may be escorted out of the park and face future access restrictions
4. Respect for All Guests: All guests must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Everyone has the right to enjoy a safe, fun experience at the trampoline park without fear of harm or intimidation.
5. Enforcement of Safety and Conduct: The trampoline park staff reserves the right to intervene, stop any unsafe or aggressive behavior, and remove individuals who violate these rules. Failure to comply may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the facility.

Policies
Our facility has a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs, and jump socks are required for all participants. Waivers must be signed before participation, with a guardian’s signature required for those under 18. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. We welcome participants of all ages to enjoy our facility.
